Who We Are
We are full service property investment firm in the heart of Athens. Our holding company comprises a property investment arm, an asset management arm, and a redevelopment arm. With over 20 years’ experience, Omnia Investment Group has undertaken over 50 projects in mainland Athens and the island of Mykonos.
Services Provided
Omnia Investment has an extensive portfolio of assets across Athens available for interested foreign investors. Our dedicated team guides interested investors throughout the entire process; from viewing properties, through the necessary legal steps, and to the final biometric measurements.
Our extensive network of partners the range of support services needed throughout the Type D Investment VISA program. Those include legal support, international accountancy firm support, financial management, and civil engineer oversight offering a seamless experience from interest to investor.
Asset Management

We work with a wide range of organisations to craft an immersive customer experience, which has allowed us to rise to the top 5 percentile rating of hotels in Greece.
We currently have 12 live projects with ongoing investment opportunities across all projects. These include the development of a new boutique aparthotel in the vibrant young area of Athens, Gazi.
Property Investment
Since 2010, we have completed over 50 projects with both individual or multiple investment partners. Our portfolio of projects with foreign investors totals €5 million worth of real-estate. Our dedicated and streamlined core team has allowed for reduced overhead costs, which has translated into greater returns of investment for all stakeholders.
Additionally, our dedicated vendor team, who we have been working with for over 10 years, has exemplified a flawless track record for timeliness, quality and dependability.
Redevelopment
Following the investment in our partners properties, we also conduct and oversee the full renovation if the property is in need of it. For investors looking to rent or lease their properties, a full renovation can secure a higher rental income.
We also undertake the renovation of properties from non-investor third-party owners who are looking to improve their assets. We utilise the same network of vendors so can ensure the same standard and quality of work.
